1. Days till product can be returned:
A product can be returned within 15 days of purchase, For returns change of mind is not applicable.
2. Procedure of receiving refund:
After examining the product your amount will be refunded via Jazz Cash. The product can be replaced with another of the same or lesser amount. (The balance amount will be adjusted via Jazz Cash within 4 working days).
3. Procedure of refund/exchange of a product purchased online:
Contact us on WhatsApp (0309-2664208) and our representative will provide you with the guidelines of our refund/exchange procedure.
4. Payment for shipment of return/exchange product:
WE store will provide shipping of return/exchange product(s).
For promotional or discounted items purchased online, buyer will bare the return shipment charges.
5. Products eligible for return/exchange:
Only products in wearable condition can be returned/exchanged. Refund to be provided via Jazz Cash within 4 working days.
Change of mind is not applicable to return a product.
